Dreaming of Reality

I was working on perspective when I came up with this drawing and have tried to capture the idea of nightmares and that monsters-under-the-bed type feeling we all get at some point in our lives. But as I was drawing I thought about how those dreams came about. Reality also plays a role in the monsters we come up with. For instance those people who've hurt us, done something horrible and the experiences we go through.
